One of the worts ever software I have ever come across. I have been using the software from 2 years and for our clients and it is not reliable at all. It disconnect the bank itself and when you reconnect it will exclude the transaction and add from the date the connection is build. I am really disappointed that I have chosen them for our client.
Robin N was very helpful with trying to sort out an issue with the EPS submission to HMRC from Quickbooks. Whilst we weren't able to get the issue corrected (after over 1 and a half hours), Robin did point us towards an alternative fix.

I had difficulty with an unassigned amount on my vat return and Quickbooks were able to resolve this for me very quickly.
I ended up paying about many thousands of dollars more than I should have due to TurboTax software errors which were documented online. For example, see https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=*******5325AAr3zR4. In summary, TurboTax did not correctly allocate income earned in NY State to NY State income tax and I ended up paying NJ income tax on it as well. TurboTax refused to take ownership for the errors and NJ Division of Taxation told me this money is lost since I passed the statute of limitations.
I was very comfortable working with Viri , She was very professional and had a logical approach to my problem which was resolved . She was very easy to talk to and had a jolly outlook , very positive . Full marks
I had a terrible experience with them. I spoke to 3 people wasting over 5 hours to sort out something regarding my banking. Yet didn't get helped.
We arranged for a special to call me back at a certain time and they called back over 2 hours later. This repeated itself 4 times over, saying they would call me at a certain time, but not calling till hours later saying they were busy with other customers my case number is 559222060
Very helpful, but would be far easier to discuss over the phone. An online 'chat' took 45 minutes whereas a phone conversation could have resolved within 10 minutes
